Borgo Salemi, with its Arab-medieval origins, is a small gem nestled within the lively town from which it takes its name: an authentic refuge that tells stories of peoples, cuisine, and culture.
The Borgo Salemi: history, cuisine and landscapes package guides you on a journey of emotion and discovery. As you wander through the narrow streets of the village, you will be led to the imposing castle, where from the crenellated terrace of the circular tower, your gaze opens onto a breathtaking panorama: hills covered with vineyards and olive groves stretching to the horizon, all the way to the deep blue of the western Sicilian sea.
The experience is enriched by a moment of sharing and authentic hospitality: a traditional cooking class with the friendly village ladies, who will reveal the secrets of “busiate,” the famous local pasta born right in this land.
The journey concludes with a traditional Sicilian lunch, prepared with fresh, genuine ingredients, where the island’s flavors blend with the warmth of true hospitality.
The package is valid for stays of at least two nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4pm (local time).
In case of cancellation or amendments beyond the time limit specified, no show or early departure, the 40% of the reservation will be charged.
