To help you regain your inner balance and acquire a new light, Almar has developed a program of lessons that want to convey techniques and exercises to improve the relationship with your spirituality and your body.

Let yourself be guided into the Almar world of wellness, our experienced instructors await you every day in the lush Mediterranean garden or in the large fitness room of Almablu Wellness&Spa.

Fitness and yoga classes are free for Resort Guests, subject to reservation, on the days and times indicated in the section below.

Pilates is a physical fitness system created in the first half of the 20th century and inspired by yoga, which benefits the body in many ways.

It helps increase self-awareness and improves body control. By focusing attention on breathing, it increases the ability to concentrate.

A safe and effective workout, it provides a path to inner harmony through fitness.
