Fitness and disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates, provide the body with an incredible sense of lightness and freedom, stimulating enthusiasm and energy.

To help you regain your inner balance and acquire a new light, Almar has developed a program of lessons that want to convey techniques and exercises to improve the relationship with your spirituality and your body.

Let yourself be guided into the Almar world of wellness, our experienced instructors await you every day in the Pagoda, in the lush Mediterranean garden or in the large fitness room of Almablu Wellness&Spa.

Fitness and yoga classes are free for Resort Guests, subject to reservation, on the days and times indicated in the section below.

Meditation & Yoga Nidra: A deep relaxation practice that guides body and mind into a state of complete Relax, fostering awareness, inner calm, and regeneration.

Pilates: a discipline based on controlled and mindful movements that strengthens the body, improves posture, and creates a deep balance between strength, flexibility, and control. A harmonious practice that also supports energy and vitality.

5 Tibetans: a dynamic sequence of exercises connected to the five
elements that stimulates vital energy and supports the
body’s balance. Ideal to Recharge both mind and body,
bringing renewed energy and well-being.

Yin & Yang Yoga: a practice that combines dynamic movements and static
poses, creating balance between energy and stillness.
Helps to Revitalize the body, enhancing circulation, fluidity,
and inner harmony.

Lymphatic Yoga: a yoga approach designed to stimulate and support the lymphatic system, which helps the body eliminate toxins, waste, and excess fluids while also supporting the immune system. It is a gentle practice that combines slow, rhythmic movements with deep diaphragmatic breathing and specific postures that encourage the drainage of the legs, abdomen, arms, and neck, creating a profound sense of rebalance, relaxation, and overall lightness.
