The Riserva dello Stagnone: salt culture package takes you on a fascinating journey to discover salt, a precious element for humanity and a witness to ancient traditions.
Accompanied by an expert guide, you will visit the ancient Infersa windmill, a refined example of 16th-century industrial archaeology, and continue along the salt pans to learn about the salt production cycle—its slow rhythms, transformative power, and deep connection to the sun, wind, and water.
To conclude the experience, under the guidance of the “Sel-meliers,” you’ll have the chance to explore the world of salt through a sensory tasting: natural and flavored fleur de sel paired with typical Sicilian specialties, in a perfect balance of flavor, storytelling, and memory.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4pm (local time).
In case of cancellation or amendments beyond the time limit specified, no show or early departure, the 40% of the reservation will be charged.
