This exclusive package will allow you to visit the ancient mill of Infersa, masterpiece of industrial archeology of 1500, and walk along the pools of changing colors of the Stagnone Nature Reserve, guided by an expert who will describe you, along the route, the complex life cycle and management of a salt pan, its production capacity, the times and rhythms of salt collection. An experience that wants to leave you impressed by the smell of salt, the enchanting colors, the romantic views, and the magnificent history of this natural element.
To conclude the experience, with a “Sel-melier” (salt tasters), you will have the opportunity to create combinations with both natural and flavored salt, and enjoy delicious tastings of typical Sicilian.
