When time slows down amid the scents of the Mediterranean garden and the light caresses the days, every moment becomes a pleasure to savour. It is in this setting that the Armonie Gourmet experience is born, designed to celebrate the meeting of taste, elegance and authenticity.
At Almar Giardino di Costanza, cuisine becomes a sensory journey: a path through territorial flavours and contemporary interpretations, to be experienced in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, immersed in the lush nature of the Sicilian countryside.
The package includes a Sicilian aperitif with local specialties, accompanied by a drink of choice per person, to be enjoyed among the aromatic notes of our garden. Following this, a three‑course à la carte dinner at the AquaMadre restaurant, where the creativity of our Executive Chef enhances tradition in a refined key (one dinner per stay, drinks excluded).

The offer is valid for a minimum stay of two nights.

The lavish breakfast buffet served from 7.30 to 10.30 at our AquaMadre Restaurant;
The entrance to the Almablu Spa of over 2,500 m² with saunas, steam baths, emotional showers, whirlpool and much more;
The access to the outdoor pool with sun terrace, umbrellas and comfortable loungers, including towel supply;
The access to the private beach with comfortable loungers and large umbrellas by reservation. Free scheduled shuttle (reservation via the resort Reception);

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4pm (local time).
In case of cancellation or amendments beyond the time limit specified, no show or early departure, the 40% of the reservation will be charged.
