Turchinu Lounge & Terrace is the Resort’s main Lounge Bar.
“Turchinu” is the Sicilian expression used to describe the color turquoise, that is, the intense blue-green inspired by the marine landscape of the Western Island.
The panoramic terrace extends outside the bar and overlooks the Resort’s inner courtyard. It is decorated with the exact same shades of light blue-green, the mere sight of which induces peace and serenity to the mind, allowing the body and mind to relax.
Hence the idea of naming the Lounge Bar “Turchinu“, a name that inherently evokes the wonderful experience that you can truly savor in this magical location, immersed in the bright colors of the underlying vegetation and the romantic atmosphere of summer nights, as well as in the peacefulness provided by nature.
A unique feature also distinguishes the terrace design. Made of majolica, it s reminiscent of the terrace made famous in the novel we are all familiar with: Il Gattopardo (the Leopard).
