Almar and Almablu Spa present a special package, specially designed for those who struggle with sleep and insomnia, which aims at resetting the circadian rhythm and improving the quality of sleep.
The Good Night Sleep Package includes:
Free Upgrade to next room category (subject to availability) to indulge in peaceful moments of pure relaxation immersed in the room’s warm and soothing hues;
Almablu Gift: one of the exclusive Bath Oils from the Almablu line ‘Tales of the Sea’. A treat for the skin to be used in the bath or shower for a true tranquillity ritual;
One 50-minute energy sleep massage The Rest of the Warrior per room: a unique treatment created especially for Almablu Spa. It significantly improves the quality of sleep, helping you rest better and relieve stress. This massage utilizes techniques specific to Traditional Chinese Medicine to regulate the flows of energy between the body and the head.
One 50-minute foot reflexology session At the feet of Mount Olympus per room: according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the earth’s energies penetrate the foot in their journey of initiation towards the heavens. However, at times local ailments may alter the correct flow of energy leading to drastic consequences: one of these is a specific deficiency that hinders the sleeping process. The stimulation of the plantar aspect helps restore the harmony and serenity of a peaceful restorative sleep;

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4pm (local time). In case of cancellation and/ or changes made after the deadline, no show or early departure, the 30% of the reservation will be charged.
